Neon: Shaping Light

Some of the work from the neon workshop including mine was exhibited at Light Night in Bournemouth square, and later at the Neon: Shaping Light exhibition at the text+work gallery in AUCB. This was part of the Bournemouth Arts by the Sea Festival.

This work reads ’69′ in Devanagari letterforms. I attempted to create a humorous yet cryptic example of how literal translation often fails. Photos by Tomek Radej.

Neon work displayed at Bournemouth library in the town center.

Neon work displayed in a small retro caravan by the sea. Sept. 2011.

Some of the work was displayed indoors. The work on the far right reads “Go away” in arabic.
