I'm an interaction designer who loves people first and technology second.
I have 20 years of design experience where I spent 10 years as an individual contributor and the next 1o years as a design manager and leader.
As an explorer of the design world I’ve tried out a lot of different organisations and spaces - from startups, ad agencies, UX consultancies, family-run design studios and even large FAANG tech companies. What I found is that working with the right people matters the most to me as a designer. When you have a good team, you automatically build a good product that truly helps people in their daily lives
My experience covers a wide variety of industries from finance, e-commerce, healthcare and fashion to deeply technical and complex engineering products.
In my free time I create immersive installations inspired by city experiences.
From 2014 to 2016 I was the 4th employee at Postman where I helped develop and launch postman.com, the API platform that helps developers design and build APIs faster. I hired the design team, setup design frameworks and research systems from scratch and directed the brand as Postman grew from a Chrome extension to a full blown product suite. We grew from angel round to Series A and then Series B level investments. We went from 50,000 to more than 8 million developers using our API platform suite.
From 2017 to 2019 I helped build and develop two e-commerce products for small businesses, ReferralCandy and CandyBar. And then from 2019 to 2023 I worked at building the APAC UX team at Shopify, helping commerce get better for everyone, everywhere so small businesses can thrive.
